Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
